Same Day virtual appointments & Sub Scripts at ELEANOR health, they currently provide care in LA,MA,NJ,NC,OH,TX&WA.
I highly recommend dr brad olson at Eleanor Health, he's my favorite doctor in the 40 years that I've been alive and he's the first doctor I've talked with who seems to remember other factors about me that don't pertain to my addiction recovery. I actually feel like a person, like someone who isn't just a recovering addict... Or liked many other doctors have made me feel... As a junkie. They do have physical locations if that's what you want but over only ever done the online virtual appointments through zoom. I was able to get my script sent to the pharmacy the same day i called to set up my first zoom meeting with the doctor. They're also a "no boot" clinic which to me means that you never have to worry that of you slip up and relapse that the will boot you out of the program, nope, they'll allow you to stay for as long as you wish, you'll just have to do more frequent visits and take part in more counseling etc, which can never hurt! I've been with the clinic for about a year or so now and have loved everything about the experience so far. They have multiple physical locations but liked i said they offer online virtual appointments through zoom and you can have access to your script of suboxone etc the same or very next day you call to sign up. Eleanor is currently offering care in Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, and Washington.

Never heard the term 'no boot', but finally docs and clinics are getting it- addiction is a disease that needs treatment, and everyone isn't cured immediately. I DO immediately discharge for a couple behaviors.... swearing at my office manager (say if a person is angry that they cannot refill meds early), selling medication, or 'losing' medication more than one time. But not for a substance in the urine. At some point, if a person keeps using, I will discharge and recommend a higher level of care.
