My pharmacy called me to say SORRY this evening!

Wow, I can't believe it!

A pharmacist from Rite Aid actually called me this evening to apologize for the experience I had (see thread below if you are interested.) He said that he thought my letter was so well written that he researched the situation.....He told me the pharmacist working that night is one that they use only occasionally and that the normal pharmacist would never have changed my pick up date. He almost begged me to stay with their company saying over and over how wrong that pharmacist was. He also said he was going to "mail me a gift." He said it would never happen again.

So I guess I will stick with them and see how it goes....It's pretty nice that he did that for me. My faith in humanity is restored! LOL LOL....So have a good night all, Kire

PS...I am wondering what this free gift is? Free Suboxone? LOL....ha ha just kidding!

Kire, that's terrific! Good on you for writing that letter, otherwise they never would have known what that asshole did to you. See, you made a difference. Now maybe it won't happen to someone else.

My costco forlk don't have any problems with me. Well, they never had lol, I'm not an RX druggie. But they're all really nice and always fill my scripts in 20 miniutes. It's just the other day my psychiatrist sent me to fill Suboxone and Haldol together (wtf?) and they played that "not in stock" game with me. Hell, I picked up the other day, I don't care Smile
